MELANOPEEL IS EFFECTIVE AND SAFE SOLUTION TO REDUCE AND ELIMINATE PIGMENTATION OF MELANIC ORIGIN
MelanoPEEL is a topical depigmentation treatment to reduce and eliminate skin blemishes in the epidermis of melanic origin. The active ingredients of melanoPEEL help block melanin production and reduce spots of melanic origin in the epidermis, clearing and rejuvenating the skin.
At the same time, it prevents skin aging, increases exfoliation of dead cells and stimulates collagen production. In order to achieve maximum efficacy, it synergistically combines different whitening agents that inhibit the melanogenesis process in different stages, blocking the production of melanin. It also has exfoliating agents that accelerate the cell renewal process and produce epidermal desquamation, eliminating the melanin found in the keratinocytes and ightening the skin tone.
The combination of depigmenting active agents with antioxidants and anti-free radicals clears and rejuvenates the skin, at the same time as it stimulates the production of collagen.
The addition of solar filters guarantees long-lasting results, preventing the reappearance of blemishes.

Rejuvenating the skin
Hyperpigmentation is common. Such as a disturbed hormone balance, skin aging, sun damage, pregnancy, pill use and menopause. Superficial pigment can be treated well with a pigment laser or a medical peel. Deeper pigment is sometimes very difficult to get rid of. For this deeper pigment, Mccosmetics has developed the melanopeel treatment, which is an effective treatment for all skin types to reduce pigmentation spots.
What are pigmentation spots?
Hyperpigmentation is a dark brown discoloration of the skin caused by an increase in the amount of melanin in the skin. It is also called freckles, age spots or a pregnancy mask (melasma).
How is the treatment going?
The MelanoPeel is a medical treatment and consists of two treatment steps. The MelanoPeel pigment treatment consists of a one-off treatment in our practice, the application of the MelanoPeel 1 mask. Should remain on the skin for an average of 8-12 hours. MelanoPeel 2 is the part that you perform at home, this is a cream.
Step 1. You come to the clinic 7-10 days prior to the MelanoPeel treatment for a preparatory peeling, because the skin must be prepared for the Melanopeel treatment.
Step 2. 7-10 days after your preparatory peel you will come to the clinic for MelanoPeel , this is a mask that should remain on the face for 8-12 hours depending on the skin condition. Then, after the indicated time at home, you remove the mask with a cold washcloth and continue to apply the included moisturizing cream and the sunscreen for 2 days.
Step 3. After 7 days you will return to the clinic for a follow-up check-up.
The recovery after the treatment
The skin may become red and swelling during the first 4 days of treatment. If the skin is very sensitive, itching can also develop. Other side effects can include a slightly burning or tight skin, but this is a normal reaction of the skin. Flaking occurs on the 2nd or 3rd day in all skin types. A week after the treatment the skin starts to improve, however the best results are seen between 2-6 weeks.
You should avoid all heat sources, such as intensive sports, saunas and hot showers, for the first 2 weeks after the treatment.
